Jim Collins, in his book Good to Great, introduced the concept: First who, then what. His premise was that great organizations start with understanding who we have on the team, before creating strategies. That way, our strategies emerge from our potential rather than from our deficits. Our proprietary Prevailing Talents approach has taken the strengths-based approach to a new level of understanding and insight, and created a program that can be integrated with virtually any positive, appreciative methodology.
Combining the results of the Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment with appreciative processes, our process gives individuals and teams the tools to understand their personal and collective talents, a positive language to describe themselves and others, and a framework in which to use their talents to create success.
This is typically a one-day workshop, but can be expanded as necessary.
