| *Travel expenses for consultant are not included in the registration fee. Travel expenses include economy class airfare, lodging, meals (federal per diem), airport parking/taxi, car rental, gas (onsite), mileage to/from airport plus 18% overhead to offset the wear and tear of travel. |
