The cost is $459 for the online survey. This includes setting up your church for online participation, instructions for participation, and final report generation. The final report is generated in a PowerPoint format, and is designed to be printed in color, double-sided. Additional options includes: paper surveys ($3/each), printed and bound final report ($80/each), and follow-up coaching from a TAG church consultant ($150 for a 60 minute debrief).
Fifteen minutes of non-technical customer support is included during the survey process, in addition to standard administration, instructions for participation, and report generation. Additional non-technical customer support is billed at a rate of $83/hour in 15 minute increments. Technical support and developed is billed at a rate of $193/hour. Support rates are subject to change with written notice.
